So far I hav yet to find any other type of briefs that hold all night. Even other briefs/adult diapers from the same brand. This ones hold throughout the night without causing a rash on elderly, bedridden patients.

Product is as described and was sent in good condition.

Very good product. Tapes can occasionally be torn off, if caregiver is pulling too hard to get a good fit.Dealing with a patience with advanced incontinence, the absorbency of this product has made both of our lives better. Has almost eliminated leakage issues, so I think she is more comfortable.

WORTH THE MONEY !!! Total recommend these ! They use these in the hospital as well , that's how I learned of this brand Attends ! Works very well for special needs bigger children or adults. Expensive but so worth it !!!! No leaks, no tears, different ones you can buy like overnights for more protection ! Attends beats out every other brand hands down !!

I take care of my mother that has dementia and she cannot use the bathroom these adult diapers are the best I've tried different brands and different types and these are far the number one leek free heavy duty diapers for day and night they're the best by far!!! I will never use any other diapers !!!!!!

If you are looking for an adult diaper that will truly last "overnight" or will hold up to a full bladder evacuation, these are them. Attends Premier are the Rolls Royce/Mercedes of adult diapers. The only other brand that even comes close is NorthShore. I have bought ever single brand of adult diapers for my mother and now I exclusively use Attends Premier. There is no reason to spend money on another brand that leaves the bed or underpad soaked every night. A+++ rating!

These are one of my favorite diapers. They are extremely soft and comfortable to wear. I wear these when I know I will not be able to change for awhile and need extra protection. They hold up well after multiple voids and they don't leave you feeling wet. They also do a good job at holding large bm, never had issue with a blowout.
