One out of the 4 diaper-packs received was open and one of the diapers was partly sticking out of the open pack, upon examination, it was noticed that this adult-diaper was in fact factory damaged or reject and shouldn't be send out to any customers. Not very nice of Simply-Medical's warehouse packaging workers. 👎 / **Note: a week after this review we received a partial refund from either Amazon or Simple-Medical for the one damage adult-diaper pack, Thank you! These adult briefs work well for my elderly mother in law and daughter with special needs. Absorbent, no leaks, fit well and provide that added protection.
OAB is miserable and to find the best product for non leakage is miracle. PREMIER IS THE VERY BEST I COULD FIND. WELL WORTH THE EXTRA MONEY!
I like this product. I am glad I found it. It prevents leaks sometimes, where as the other products leaked all the time. I use it for myself because I have urinary incontinence.
Urinary incontinence is not fun but so common among women as we age. Rather than complain, I have learned to live with it. I have tried every brand of pull-on disposable underwear and Attends Premier comes out as my Number One Choice. I always have an extra package on stock. They are so well-made, preventing leakage and unpleasant odors 100% of the time. This is a truly quality product manufactured with care. (They are a bit pricy, but worth every penny!!!)
The most effective incontenience product we've found. It actually holds enough urine to make it unnecessary to change the pads repeatedly day or night.

I have been buying this product for my 94 year old mother-in-law for more than 2 years. First found them through a small home health store 30 miles away, and I wanted to give them my business, but when the owner sold the store , I had to resort to Amazon. I have been ordering through one specific Amazon vendor (Simply Medical) and I have never had a single problem with any of my orders through them. (I only wish they would offer subscribe and save!)We were initially using the Attends Premium for nighttime, and a store brand for daytime. However, my MIL's resistance to getting herself to the toilet on a regular basis has forced us to use these Premium underpants 24/7. That is why I only rated them a 4 on absorbency, but I guess that's not really the fault of the product, is it?! But they are still far more absorbent than Kroger Overnights, McKesson, and various others we have tried for her.My MIL is short and round... 5'2, 185+..., and the size XL is quite comfortable for her. (Unfortunately, this brand does not come in an Adult Small, or I would be ordering them for my 97 year old mother as well! )They are easy to remove with the tear-away sides, and as far as I am aware, have never torn accidentally. At least, not on my watch!Would definitely recommend for either overnight protection or as in our case, better protection all day AND night!

My father is tall and has a long torso and other brand's products were, at best, low-rise on him. Attends say they're "high rise" and they come much, much closer to sitting at his waist. He's a LOT more comfortable and that means the world to us. Thank you!Note -- there was a delivery problem with our first subscription order, but that's a FedEx issue. Nothing to do with the quality of the Attends product!

By far the best adult incontinence underwear in the market.I have taken care of my wife that suffers from Alzheimer for three years and have used most brands of diapers and can assure that the Attend Premier are much, but much, much better than any other in the market.
I bought these underwear for my elderly Mom who was just prescribed a diuretic. It was bothersome for her to wake upIn the middle of the night to pee. These underwear provided comfort at night and much lessened disruption in sleep. She initially tried different brands but she now prefers Attends Premier (not sponsored) because they absorb more urine, unlike others that she needed to double up. They are easy to wear and the price is just right.
