Yes, we can cancel an order that has not been shipped yet. However, if the order is already in the pick, pack, or ship process, we won't be able to cancel it. In such cases, we can schedule a pickup or intercept the order.

• 31-90 days from delivery: Returns accepted with a 15% restocking fee
• After 90 days: Returns cannot be accepted
