Very comfortable.

I learned of these panties while in the hospital and needed something because of diarrhea. They are like wearing nothing at all but still hold a pad in place perfectly. A nurse recommended them over anything else they had available for that purpose and I am so grateful that she did.

Amazon miss leads customers with this item, when you should get 5, i bought mine to hold a dressing after a urethra repair. Buy them at eBay 8.88 for a pack of 5, Soak in tipped water and gentle or hand wash cycle, if to messy just throw away. But just for a liitle spot they hold up well doing as stated above. Thus i give 5 stars to ebay.
