Let me say that the cost of these are really good. Adult pull ups are expensive and some of those more expensive brands cannot and I mean cannot stand up to these. Thats an honest review folks. They really do keep you dry during the night. No leaks, no sagging, no bulging. They are comfortable and protects your skin by keeping everything whisked away. If you have urinary incontinence stock up on these. They are not bulky or bulging so you can wear them during the day. I am very impressed with Attends Overnights.

While this was my first time trying this particular brand, I’ve used many well~known brands as well as cheaper off-brand options over the years, including absorbent pads. Because of childbirth and a past car accident, I experience stress urinary incontinence, so I’ve had plenty of real-world experience with products like these.I’ve considered surgery, but I’ve been hesitant because of potential mesh complications.I mostly need protection when I’m sick and coughing, jumping around (like on a trampoline), laughing too hard, or sneezing. I also always wear protection at work because having an accident would be incredibly embarrassing.As a nurse, I want to add something important: this is far more common than people think. I’ve seen many women dealing with incontinence...even women in their 20s. Please don’t feel embarrassed if you experience this. It’s a medical condition like any other. Men can experience incontinence as well, though in my experience women tend to deal with stress incontinence more often, while men more commonly have other types.For reference, I weigh about 225 pounds, and these fit comfortably with a little room to spare.I also happened to test these while I had a cold...so there was plenty of coughing involved! They performed extremely well. They’re very absorbent, wick moisture away from the skin nicely, and I had no leaks even after wearing them almost a full day.One thing that confused me initially was determining the front and back. I believe the longer side is the back. I once wore one backwards and after about 18 hours the back flap came loose, but after switching the longer side to the back I haven’t had that issue again.Another interesting feature: odor control is excellent while wearing them. You won’t smell anything during use, which is fantastic. You may notice a smell only when removing them. When you're looking for "maximum absorbency," you need something that doesn't just hold the liquid but locks it away so you aren't waking up feeling damp. These have a high-performance core that does exactly that, keeping the skin dry even through a full night's rest.

Having used these for a few nights now I'm pretty happy with them.... within the confines of what a pull-on item can do. If you are a back sleeper and tend to be still while you sleep and dribble more then flood, I can recommend these without reservation. If you toss and turn, flood more then dribble, or sleep on your side then these _can_ work, but in my experience full brief style with waterproof backing in the wings will work better.That said, these are well made, suitably absorbent, relatively discreet for an overnight product, and don't tend to have the padding shift around while walking.

These work really well and are quite comfortable. I’ll definitely be buying them again in the future. They are a bit too thick for daily daytime wear. While I usually wear a small/medium, the large size has proven to be capable of stopping leaks and being absorbent

I have had moderate problems with incontinence for some time. I often feel insecure when I travel on long airplane flights. If anytime it’s longer than 3 hours, I worry because if I miss my chance to go the lavatory before landing, I get stuck and worry about being delayed before getting to the terminal gate. It is my most nervous experience. This is true especially if I any drinks on the plane. But then I get easily dehydrated if I don’t.I ordered large and fits me perfect. This diaper is like a underwear pants so I have to put it from below, not like a diaper that can bind up at the hip level. But it is very easy to put on, very flexible and comfortable.To my surprise, I can wear it through the TSA body X-ray machine without problem. I just discretely told the TSA officer that I am wear a “incontinence support” and they don’t give me any problem.These are the overnight type so it’s very thick and no problem holding more than I need. It is actually for overnight use so it will hold full load. So I don’t have to worry now. The edges of the underwear is flexible so seals and protect from any leaks. Very comfortable and feels like regular underwear. I can wear briefs or boxers over it without being too bulky. Great product that gives me lots of confidence.

I was skeptical if they'd fit but with the overnight underwear I've noticed companies vary on what they consider l,xl,xxl etc. trouble is that leaves alot of margin for error. I've in the past bought small because the measurements were what another brand that fit me labeled xl. Welp they barely made it past my hips lol so yea . Anyway these fit me good and stay up/on thru the hours overnight . The absorbency is very good . With overnights they say so many hours it will remain leak free. Different factors play into all that such as age of person,fluid consumption,body movement while sleeping and the fit of the underwear. For the most part of the first 2 times it absorbs without flowing over the sides or down your leg I feel it's a durable product. From there any underwear will start to get heavy and then leaks may occur. You have to play it by ear based on personal needs. So far I like that I can depend on these during the night and that they are stretchable and comfortable.

I love how these fit, the waistband is very stretchy and definitely holds up. For how thin these are, they are surprisingly absorbent, I didn’t have any issues with them leaking. And they remain comfortable even when wet, and they really seemed to do a good job at limiting odors. Considering how well these preform, they are definitely a good buy.

I bought these for my grandfather who has been struggling with leakage at night. He said they are breathable enough that he doesn't wake up feeling overheated or swampy. The absorbency is top tier because he hasn't had a single accident leak onto the sheets since we switched brands. The elastic on the legs is strong but doesn't leave those painful red marks on his thighs, so far they are fitting him well.
