Attends Supersorb Advanced Premium Underpads - Package of 5

These are far and away the best underpads I have purchased. They are very absorbent and are extra large. The best part about them is the breathability. Some pads are cheaper but these cause no sweating or discomfort. They also stay in place much better than other pads...regardless of tossing and turning. They also don't bunch up so if there has not been an accident they can last another night. The absorbance also means if an accident occurs, most of the liquid is wicked away from the surface. All in all, I will certainly purchase these again.

This pad is highly absorbent and does not cause the user to sweat as some underpads can do.It is comparable to Ultrasorbs AP ... but at a more common sense price.The only fault that I can find with these pads is that they tend to develop thread-like loose fibers that can get trapped in body folds of the patient. This is not enough of a reason to not purchase this product. It simply means that a person must give more diligent attention to the hidden skin areas of the patient.I highly recommend this product and will purchase it again without reservation.

I love the strength and durability of these pads. Even if wrinkled, they are still useful.

I can't say enough about how these pads, their strong and durable and saves me a lot of fuss when cleaning my 84 year old grandmother. The pads are easy to handle and comes in a pack of 60 which is amazing for the purpose they serve and at a price I can afford. Don't hesitate if you need them - buy now and give them a try. These pads were used for my dad when he was in the hospital, and I noticed they allowed him to be positioned and turned without tearing (it says up to 400lb., my dad weighs much less but we have never torn one yet and we use these to move him in bed daily. I also noticed they were not making him feel hot. So, I did a quick search on Amazon and wa-la, I was able to get some delivered before he came home from the hospital! Thank you Amazon!

The pads are perfect. Extremely absorbent.

I first came across these in the hospital when they were used for my sister. They are BY FAR the most superior incontinence pads that I have seen.Years ago, I could only find them on a couple web-sites and paid a premium. I am grateful that they are now available on Amazon at a very goodprice. While they are still rather expensive the quality is excellent. They are thick, they will not pull apart, the lining does not bunch up and they seem to absorb the urine better. They are strong enough to use as pull sheets if necessary. I will not use anything else anymore. Make SURE youare ordering the Supersorb ASB-3036 as there are modified versions (e.g. 3036-G.) They modified versions ARE NOT THE SAME. Only get thewhite ones with blue writing.

Met all expectations

I get these for my dog, she’s only 7 lbs Reason why I get these because when she goes on the iPad, sometimes when she walks back, she steps on it, and her paw would be wet with these. It absorbs very quickly touch it back and it feels like it’s almost dry. It absorbs that quickly, but worth it.

As a pad to catch overflow from nighttime diaper or pants this product is saving on laundry and protecting the mattress!! It's sturdy enough to last several nights if it doesn't get wet.....stays flat and doesn't shred or separate. As daytime use it protects upholstered furniture from any mishaps......a genuine good dependable product for elder care!!!!

They soak up everything. My friends elderly father passed and he gave me the remaining pads to use for my elderly mother. What a God send. I will never buy the other brands again. They may cost a little more but considering I used to use 3 pads of the cheaper popular brands a night to keep my mom's bed dry, I end up saving on laundry soap and in keeping my mom from getting sores from getting wet, which means less expense on medications.These are the strongest pads on the market.

We use Attends Supersorb Breathable All-in-One Underpads in a home care situation with a family member who is disabled and semi-incontinent. This underpad is our mainstay. It's strong, very absorbent, and breathable. It's not at all hot to lie on, when dry, and when wet, it draws moisture away from the skin, though with a large amount of fluid, the skin will stay moist and, if the wet pad is left on the bed too long, some moisture _can_ seep through to the bed linen. Our method of dealing with this is to keep a large, washable underpad (or sometimes additional disposable pads) under the fitted sheet. We use a waterproof mattress pad, as well -- sort of a belt-and-braces mentality, I suppose!We use two 30" x 36" pads on the top surface, one centered under the seat of the patient and one, tucked under the lower edge of the first pad, under the patient's legs. The second pad only gets wet occasionally, so it can be used through several bed-wetting events. If wet pads are removed soon after they become saturated, the sheet underneath will stay dry, so using a time-check or a bed-wetting alarm is very helpful, if the patient doesn't wake up and ask for assistance when wet.The Attends Supersorb Breathable pad has the head and foot of the bed indicated on the back, and the pad is textured in a way that will impede patient slippage on an adjustable bed if used in the right orientation.We have tried many brands and types of pads and this is the star performer for us. Highly recommended!

Costly but you get what you pay for. I came across this pad while my wife was in the hospital and figured if it was good enough for professionals then it was worth for me to try. Glad I followed through as this is the most absorbent and durable pad that I've come across. ey Still to have one leak through. As I said in the beginning, only drawback is they aren't cheap.
