We have been using these diapers for our incontinent 17 year old son. They fit well and are very absorbent. Shipping is efficient. I definitely recommend this product.

I use these for my mother who has a neck and hip fracture. They are really absorbent and easy to use- love the refastenable Velcro strips- and the wetness indicators are easy to check. Her skin is not irritated even after wearing one all night long. Worth it!

I read the reviews and thought that since they were supposedly overnight absorbency, I had found a diaper that would last 4 hours. I was wrong. They are very thin and even with a booster pad, do not last more than 2-3 hours. The tabs are difficult to open and stick on and it's hard to get them to lay flat. I usually order medium or medium small but these could have been a smidge larger.

These are a good fit and very absorbent.

The AIR Overnights do a better absorbance than the PreVail Briefs. So glad, I have changed to these now.The fit is a bit tighter than the PreVail , could give them a bit more material but it does it jobs.

Prevail has finally reintroduced an overnight brief that can withstand a high amount of moisture. My wife is only 80lbs and these fit very well. I highly recommend this product!

Mom has dementia and Alzheimer's and sometimes won't get out of bed, so these make it easier for our aides to change her without having to get her up. Adhesion is good - they stay on throughout the night.

I’ve been buying these diapers for my disabled daughter for a while now. Very sturdy and absorbent, rarely have any leakage. Especially good for overnight. Highly recommend.

The adult briefs are for my MIL who suffers from dementia. She is unable to help herself. These briefs have made life more simple as she can sleep through the night without getting up or causing a mess that takes a lot of time and effort to clean up.
