I am thrilled that I tried these. I was using the most well known brand for quite a while, but when they kept going up in price I decided to check out other options and found these. They are almost half the price and for me they work so much better then the popular brand. Their absorbent capability is far superior. I just received my first order of them a couple days ago and am now ordering another 2 boxes of them. I can't recommend these pads enough.

Product is great -- my aging mother swears by them. Finally gets a good night's sleep as they absorb so much urine that she only wakes once. CAVEAT: when ordering, BE CAREFUL about the carrier. Boxes are HUGE. We somehow got postal delivery (by accident) over a holiday weekend, and won't see the latest delivery for days and days, and will even need to go to the post office for pick up on Tuesday ourselves! Defeats the purpose of Amazon delivery, which is the point with large but relatively lightweight packages. SO NOT COOL. Have been ordering this product like clockwork every month or so and getting delivery by an Amazon truck to our door, but suddenly the post office is involved??? Happened over Memorial Day weekend, so Mom is especially anxious and uncomfortable. NOT SURE what went wrong when I placed the order, or who to even complain to, but I'm now thinking I should NOT rely on Amazon anymore and just pay retail and lug the bags home as needed.

These are the best fit I've found and a good price. I've had trouble with pads not being long enough, but these are both long and wide enough to protect from leaks and a good thickness to handle most potential leaks from stress, overflow, or urge incontinence. Be sure to read the description and select the right size and absorbency for your needs.I prefer this brand because it has a little ridge around the central area that forces the flow into a high absorbancy area, so the whole pad doesn't get or feel wet. It's not wet to the touch like some pads are because the asorbancy into the depths of the pad away from your body is strong..I see some people in reviews saying they are too long, but I bought the Prevail Plus Long with Maxazorb that are specifically meant to be long for those who need the length. The same Prevail brand has a regular sizes and different types too if you find these too long, search for those if these are too long for your needs or size.If you have middle of the night problems while asleep or full bladder flow, I'd recommend the full diaper type because they hold the most and won't get pulled to the side like just the pads do... a problem with any brand due to the difference benefits of pads vs. full underpant style with the pad built into the underpants. Prevail makes the underpant style too.

Product is great, performs as expected, fits well.Main issue is shipping packaging. There is a strong cardboard box inside a larger cardboard box. The larger box is unnecessary. And for a disabled eldely person is just extra work to break down and get to recycling.
