Unfortunately, I have become incontinent following a stroke and I can't walk very fast to get to the toilet. This product is perfect for me. I can run errands with confidence that I won't have leakage. They fit my body well around the leg opening without gaps or pinching, this is big plus for me. I need comfort as well as durability. They are not bulky or scratchy. They ship out very quickly and generally arrive before the estimated delivery date.

I used a unisex version of the same brand while in the hospital, and believe me, having female-specific underwear makes a world of difference. The pad is wider to prevent leaks, the pad doesn't come halfway up the abdomen for obvious reasons, and even the color is more feminine. Get the right stuff.

The item was shipped fast. These are for my mom and she calls them the Cadillac of pull-ups for her golden years. They are really absorbent and comfortable according to mom and she only wants to wear these.

Work great for postpartum, and a great price too! Got S/M; weighed 160 at birth, typically weigh around 125-130. I don’t feel there is a need to size up, they stretch to get on and the waistband fits well without being too tight. High rise which I liked. Not too bulky but plenty of protection. It is easy to tear the side seams to take off. No weird fragrance which is important for me and my sensitive skin.

This Prevail product is the best on the market for women. Covers the front and the back with no leakage which is a good safe feeling. I've tried other brands but Prevail is hands down the best!

Papery substance sometimes breaks, but over all, they hold up well and can handle a fair amount of liquid, if you wait too long. Way better than the alternative! If you order the ones that come a week later, you can save a fair amount over the "next day" ones.
