Very comfortable but the inside cotton not absorbent and breaks through

So handy when someone is ill to be able to order and receive next day.

My mother struggles with incontinence and has tried several products. These are high quality with excellent absorbency.

Really very good. Never have leaked. Great for my weight and height. They used these in the hospital so I bought them for home use. I have used many famous brands and these are better, with a wide crotch.

Using these as a precautionary measure when going places that require long periods of being confined to a wheelchair by someone who cannot get to toilet without assistance, these are much easier to utilize than adult diapers that fasten on with velcro-type tabs. Unlike adult diapers, the stretch is much more comfortable and the design keeps them from being as bulky under clothing, also enhancing the fit.While I don't know if the absorption is satisfactory for someone with serious bladder control issues, they are fine for the occasional leaks and giving a sense of security "just in case" an accident may occur.

Bought for my elderly mom after she had kidney surgery- she asked for these as these were what her rehab center used so she wanted them at home- she liked the size/fit and comfort- had nice soft stretchy top and went on easy due to stretch. Super easy to rip down side as well. Went on like regular underwear. No leakage per her report and they held a lot of liquid so they were perfect for overnight. She said These worked great overnight especially and she said they were thick enough to work but not thick to feel bulky- these are great to have when you�re taking care of an elderly adult.

I bought these when an elderly relative visited, and they generally worked well, but a few leaks occurred. To be extra safe, you might want to put an absorbent pad on any unwashable furniture, just as a backup. I doubt any adult diaper is going to be 100% perfect, but these were acceptable.
