I have a paraplegic foster dog and have tried LOTS of other products and brands. These Tena diapers in the 17-29" size are the best solution yet for a cattle dog with spinal cord injury and no sphincter control. No need for extra pads, the 4 tabs hold the leg holes and waist snug and the material is super absorbent. I do put him on velcro-closed pants for female dogs over the diaper and there is seldom any leakage. Wonderful product, it has been a tremendous help in dealing with bladder & bowel incontinence in a 45-lb dog.

Overall, these are great. Very absorbent. My son has some health issues that require him to wear a diaper at night. He is 7 yrs old, 4' tall & weighs 53 lbs. The diapers leave some red marks in the legs/cheek area.
