They fit like underwear which helps when the person is adamant against wearing diapers due to incontinence. They are pretty good about holding her pee when we are in public and her clothes don't get wet. They leak if worn at night and you have a heavy flow pee. We expect that since the body is mostly relaxed. We are repeat purchasers and will continue.

I got this brand for my 98 year old grandmother. She loves how comfortable they are. They do stretch and fit well. They also hold up pretty well when she has an accident. They are very absorbent and a good value.

As a CNA in a nursing home I�ve seen many brands used but this brand is the best I�ve seen. They fit like real underwear and are very comfortable.

I have tried many varieties of disposable underwear but have found the Tena plain white underwear not only fit true to size for me (X lg), but it was also extremely comfortable to wear, and the price was great. I had been using another brand of Disposable Underwear that was light beige with flowers on the front but the waist AND leg size made it difficult to pull up easily. I would recommend this product to anyone who wears disposable underwear.

We've been so impressed with the quality of Tena products that we now look for them first in the various bed/home care product categories. They do cost more than other products, but in our experience they are so well-designed and constructed of quality materials that we avoid rashes, discomfort, and other issues.These Classic briefs are easy for caregivers to help put on, as they just slide up and down the legs, unlike the diaper-closure types that need to be properly velcroed to avoid gaps and leaks. They hold a moderate amount of liquid (4 out of 8 drops on Tena's absorbency scale) so they're good for some hours or an afternoon, but probably not overnight. Liquid passes through the top layer and then forms a gel away from the skin, which also helps minimize odor. Tena also makes Overnight briefs that hold more and are designed for longer unattended wear.

This underwear is comfortable & works well under clothes even though it looks to be bulky. I add a protective pad & am able to go leak free for hours. MUCH better that anything else that I've used.
