Occasionally there might be a defective item (depends) in the box but for the most part everything is fine and they fit well

I think this product is for bed bound patients. I actually ordered this by mistake thinking it was also for persons who were mobile. It actually does not say anything about being for bed bound patients on the package. But, this product is almost impossible to put on by yourself, requiring an octopus with great back strength. If you are mobile, it becomes a single use item even if unsoiled because the tab attachments don't seem to be reusable. I was unable to ever get it on properly and therefor found I actually "dropped" it in my living room. Thank goodness I was home! I used about a half package and never got even one of the tabs on tightly or properly. This may all be fine and normal for bed bound users, so I gave it only 4 stars, being unable to render an opinion on bed bound usage. But if you are mobile, don't get this style.

My mom and the cna's complained that the tabs did not stay in place. The coverage seemed fine - at least I didn't hear anything about that.

Jut got these today and I absolutely love them there comfortable and work great for me. I will definitely order them again

Brief is easy to put on and take off. Good capacity and functionality,

Is not leakage proof but I still keep buying them because they are still the better one.

It isn't something we want to talk about, but when you need protection for an adult, this is an excellent product. Some others have small tabs holding them together, but this has long strips for a better grip.

My husband has a disorder with decreased mobility and that makes it hard to control his bladder. These are easy to use and, for us, have been leak proof overnight. We also use them when we will be away from home for appointments or shopping so we don't have to search for family bathrooms to change standard pull up incontinence briefs we use daily at home. The size guide is pretty accurate. I would recommend purchasing one or two sized packages for accurate sizing, comfort and performance before ordering a case. My husband feels much more confident when go out with friends. Since they keep him dry overnight, a few hours out with friends is a sure thing to stay dry. They stretch and fit well enough that his pants fit without bulges from the brief. Well worth trying!

I purchased this product because I noticed that it was used in a Skilled Nursing facility. I am using it for my husband who cannot be moved to a commode. The briefs are without a doubt more effective and more comfortable than other brands. The tabs are broader and hold the brief in position more effectively.

I stumbled across the Prevail Per-Fit 360 Protective Underwear brand following a recent hospitalization that left me stuck at home following a limb amputation and struggling to deal with continence issues while living alone and having decreased mobility. A friend's father had recently passed away and she passed along some of these products, a friendly but admittedly embarrassing gesture as I'm more than a little discreet about "those" issues.Fortunately, accepting them ended up being a great decision because these may very well be the best incontinence briefs I've dealt with in my years dealing with an issue that can turn an ordinary community outing into a nightmare if not well protected.I've historically been a Depend fan, but in recent years they've moved away from briefs into pull-ups as a matter of dignity. For some people, both incontinence and just the shape of our body demands we use an actual brief. This product comes in a 4-pack with 18 briefs each. It's eligible for Subscribe & Save and that definitely gives a nice added savings.This is called a "brief," though it's more of a hybrid between brief and what would traditionally be called a diaper. Instead of traditional tapes, it has what they call "expandex wings." These are WAY better than tapes - they're flexible and guarantee a much more snug fit. I've also found that if they come undone, you can actually re-fasten them and they stay. Because this isn't a simple pull-up, someone with limited strength or mobility may need some assistance with them but they're really pretty easy to put on and take off.The fabric is closer to cloth - so no embarrassing noise. They're more snug than most products and you don't get awkward bulges. Absorbency is well above average and leakage is incredibly minimal assuming a soiled product is changed in a timely manner. There's a micro-climate feature to the fabric that helps protect the skin, though there is occasionally a little bit of bunching.My sense is that they're wonderful for heavy bladder concerns, while those with bowel incontinence will also likely be satisfied given the snug fit reduces leakage in that area as well.This has become a regular subscribe n' save purchase for me and the only thing I've identified as an occasional negative is maybe 2-3 times I've had the expandex wing actually rip off. This happened way more often with Depend and lesser products. It's irritating when it does, but it has been rare.While no one likes dealing with continence issues, if you need to deal with them you're better off dealing with them well and this is a product I'd definitely give a major thumbs up.
