Prevail Bariatric Incontinence Brief for Men & Women, Size C - Package of 8

I have been buying these to have on hand for my dad. He’s a pretty large guy — 6’4” & 300ish lbs. these have some wiggle room for size so I would say they are quite size-inclusive. These work very well — I would recommend. (My stepmom is a CNA & she says these are the brand/sizes they buy & use for their larger residents, so these are also nursing home-approved!)

Very well designed for the following reasons: Side panels are light,strong and most importantly for the wheelchair or bed-bound, very soft and non-abrasive on tender skin. The closure tabs adhere properly, so far 100% of the time, but are easily pulled apart when needed, and then re-adhere as well as they did the first time. Material is absorbent and shaped well enough that leakages are uncommon, including times when the digestive system isn't functioning efficiently. We use them for an unusually tall and heavy man (about 350 lbs) with very limited mobility and have been glad that the fit has been ample and comfortable. It seems evident that a lot of design engineering went into all aspects of the construction. They aren't inexpensive, by any means, and are right on the edge of what we can budget for them, but I don't begrudge it - the factors identified above are important to the comfort and health of the person who depends on them.

These are good for overnight or for use during the day. They hold a full pee for most people without leakage. They’re easy to apply with the tabs. However I wouldn’t recommend them if you’re buying them for yourself as they can be difficult to use on yourself. The price is good for the protection you get.

We have been using these since the first carehome for my mom. They work well and are easy to use. We do put extra pad inserts in them because she's bed bound and there's several hous between changes but she hasn't had a problem. We use a combo barrier cream for her butt of calmoseptine, Ca-Rezz, and aquaphor and her skin is still perfect after 2 years of being bed bound.

This product is a great product for very large size incontinent people & it is affordable. It has two yellow lines down the middle that will turn blue to indicate any wetness. The side closures that velcro to the front are stretchable material that have a lot of give. I order this for a family member I take care of who has a lot of uneven girth around the belly and the stretchy sides always stay attached to the front, even with movement or position change to side sleeping. Holds a lot of urine without leaking if you are at multiple appointments for hours with no changing bed.No leaks even overnight. Only time it leaks is if the person who wears it messes with how I put it on them or tugs it so loose around the groin are they leave a open gap. It does not happen often. Seems to keep urine away from the skin where patient has reported not feeling wet after urination. Great product that I have been using for several month. As long as price doesn't go up ($46-$57) I have no need to look for another brief product & can afford this with for multiple daily changes. Very happy with this & it is the only brief I will buy, unless they make it cost too much!

These briefs work very good! They're longer, front to back for better coverage. The only downside I've had, is the outrageous prices! The only comparable competition costs about $20 less for the same count in a package.

I like these better. They fit well for the bigger person's that need to wear them. The sides stretch for a better fit.

These are the best. I am allergic to some diapers, but not these. I have a double sized bladder and these diapers can hold it all. They have always been reliable and secure. I have recently lost 50 lbs and the adjustable part of the diaper works perfectly. I recommend these diapers to anyone who needs a dependable diaper. Thank you, Tamara

Fit to size

This item was recommended by a CNA at the Rehab center. I have put it on a subscription so we never run out since this is by far the most superior product of its kind that we have found.

For a larger person these are extremely comfortable. They quality of this item is well made with great leakage barriers along the legs and high absorbing capacity is a major plus. I only wish the adhesive tabs were a little wider.

My wife has been using these since October of last year and these were used at the rehab facility she was at. She continues to use these at home and it works well (albeit a bit large) and she uses it all the time while she is recuperating. The only "drawback" is that it comes in a pack of 10 and I wish there were more.

Very nice items. Fit good. Holds really well. Have bought 500 of these. Only had a few mis shaped ones and a few where tabs came off. Excellent size.
