The mask works as needed, right up until the plastic that holds the strap breaks. Seems to be a common issue with this mask (regardless of vendor).

I've tried several masks, but this one is by far the best. The flex tube is incredibly useful, and I can breathe easily. Highly recommend!

Absolutely satisfied! The 6 diluter jets provide a steady oxygen flow, and the humidification hood is a great addition.
