I have tried several brands these are the best. The fit is excellent and material doesn�t irritate sensitive skin.

My Mom developed dementia, and in time started to have incontinence issues. We tried everything! Every brand you could get in the stores! None of them held up through the night like Prevails did. She could sleep all night, and wake up without the bed being soaked. This really helped my husband and I out with not having to wash bedding everyday when she woke up in the morning. They served her very well, all the way to her final breath. Hospice offered us their brand for free, but we kept using Prevails because they just held up the best. Even if it came at a cost. I would recommend them to any adult, or older child that have issues and need the reassurance you won't leak through. RIP Mom.

If you or someone you know is looking for a good overnight underwear that can do the job, this is the one. Supurb fit and very comfortable from what my relative has told me. Keeps sheets clean and dry while holding a lot of liquid. Excellent product in a crowded field.

Absorb and stay on well

The absorbency is average; but they are very comfortable. I�m glad I gave them a try.
