The ring loader is made to put on after a erection.it works good. I have severe ed so I made it work with a 2in. Tube, it slides off nicely. I stay hard with no problems. The tube must fit snug around the pinis or the vacuum will be a little lost and a soft erection will happen. I have had these rings before and they will last a long time with proper care. 3 stars because shipping was slow .
