Tena overnight briefs are a very good product for overnight, used by a 91 year old women in a nursing facility. Size large fits perfectly. Use sizing chart for accuracy.

My mom weighs 150 lbs so I use the Medium. They fit snug but are very comfortable and prevent leaks. She has never had a rash or any irritation from them. I highly recommend them but you just need to get used to putting them on as they are not a pull-up diaper. Once you get the hang of them, they�re easy to do and well worth the money.

I ordered by my Husband�s waist size and they were too small. Since there were 80 in the box, I had to open up one bag which left 39 I couldn�t use and then another 40 that I didn�t open but no one contacted me what I can do with them so I donated them to the facility. I ordered the large size and they work much better.

Fit and comfortable. Don�t have to change as often. I have worn them off and on looking for something cheaper, but the briefs I found weren�t as comfortable.
