I use these at night for my son who has cerebral palsy. Makes sure I have less clean up in the morning. They absorb well and contain everything.Just make sure its tight enough around the legs!

Finally, the Prevails we have been looking for. I have a 9 year old step son that has Spina Bifida. His mom usually gets diapers through Medicaid, but when we run out we need something else! He�s too big for Pull Ups and you can�t find a larger �diaper� in any stores. They all carry adult �underwear� which provides no coverage and protection against a bowel movements.Also I actually got these quicker than my Amazon Prime items in the same order.
